A Laurel, MD guest
…the area surrounding the hotel is nice. You can walk into different shops and 2 different shopping malls. Nice spot for couple who need some time together.

I stayed at the hotel the night before taking the NY bar exam. Overall, the hotel is not fancy, but an affordable place to stay, with spacious rooms, a kitchenette, and it is right downtown and easy to walk to shops, bars and food places.

I had the opportunity to meet some old friends and do some business…it worked out well at the Esplanade. Nice clean room, quite and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helped us find some great local night life. Lunch at Grazzillas, served excellent food and wine. kudos to Expedia for helping me book a nice hotel. nice price and in a nice city. I will be back.

Best characteristic is the location of this hotel. Walking distance to Westchester Mall, City Center and all the hot spot Bars White Plains offers. Room was clean and the service was on point.
